1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and RS Global (Private) Limited ("RS Global", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the www.rsgloballk.com website and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Services").

6.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. The following conditions apply:

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Sri Lanka. The arbitration shall be conducted in Kandy, Sri Lanka, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
